How to Enroll Your Child

Visit School or Contact Us

Visit Anshu Memorial Academy at Bhatha Chowk, Rajapakar between 8 AM – 2 PM (Mon–Sat), or call us at 9128289100 to ask about available seats.

Collect & Fill Admission Form

Collect the official admission form from the school office. Fill in all student and parent details carefully and accurately.

Submit Form with Documents

Submit the completed form along with required documents (see list below) at the school office. Keep photocopies of all originals.

Interaction / Level Check

A friendly, age-appropriate interaction or simple level check helps teachers understand your child's current learning stage — no pressure, no scoring.

Confirmation & Fee Payment

Once confirmed, pay the required admission fee at the school office and receive your child's admission letter, school ID, and uniform details.

Documents Required

What to Bring at the Time of Admission

Please bring originals along with self-attested photocopies of each document.

Birth Certificate — Municipal Corporation, Gram Panchayat, or Hospital issued birth certificate of the student.
Aadhaar Card — Student's Aadhaar card, if already issued. Otherwise, parent's Aadhaar is acceptable.
Passport-size Photographs — 4 recent colour passport-size photographs of the student (white background).
Transfer Certificate (TC) — Required for students seeking admission from Class 2 onwards from another school.
Previous Class Report Card / Marksheet — Last exam marksheet or progress report for Class 2 and above.
Parent / Guardian Aadhaar — Aadhaar card of the father and/or mother or legal guardian.
Address Proof — Ration Card, Electricity Bill, Voter ID, or any government-issued address document.

Note for Play Group & Nursery: Only the Birth Certificate and photographs are mandatory. Aadhaar is optional but helpful.

Are admissions open for Session 2025–26?
Yes! Admissions for all classes from Play Group to Class 8 are currently open for the academic session 2025–26. Seats are limited, so we encourage early enrollment. Call 9128289100 or visit school to confirm your child's seat.
Is there an entrance test for admission?
No formal entrance test is conducted. For Play Group and Nursery, there is simply a brief, friendly interaction with the child. For Classes 1 onwards, a simple level check may be done to understand the student's current learning stage — there is no pass/fail, and it is not stressful.
What are the school timings?
School is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The school is closed on Sundays and all national holidays. A detailed academic and holiday calendar is given to all students at the start of the session.
What is the medium of instruction?
Anshu Memorial Academy is an English Medium school. All subjects from Class 1 onwards are taught in English. Hindi is taught as a compulsory language subject. For very young children in Play Group and Nursery, both Hindi and English are used for comfortable communication.
Does the school follow CBSE syllabus?
Yes. We follow the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) Pattern curriculum across all classes. Our NCERT-based textbooks and structured exam pattern ensure students are well-prepared for CBSE schools when they transition to secondary education.
What is the fee structure?

My child previously studied in Hindi medium. Can they join?
Yes, absolutely. Many of our students have made the transition from Hindi medium to English medium at AMA and thrived. Our teachers are experienced in supporting such transitions with patience, extra attention, and a supportive classroom environment.
